Alexia Tsavalas is currently studying for a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at LaTrobe University, with a focus on pursuing a career as a psychologist, particularly working with children. She is dedicated to furthering her studies and her passion for making a positive impact on young lives.
In her part-time role as a Therapy Assistant and Support Worker, Alexia has gained practical experience in the field of mental health and development. She has also volunteered with Raise Mentoring, where she mentored a young teenager for six months, offering guidance and support to help them navigate life’s challenges.
With a deep commitment to ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued, Alexia is dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients at Guidestar. She is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, whether through a big gesture or small act of support.
Since joining Guidestar, Alexia has found a workplace that reflects her personal values of compassion, respect, and integrity.
