Jen Parthimos holds a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, is a certified First Aider, and has completed training in CPR. With over 20 years of experience in administration, she joined the Guidestar team as receptionist in early 2023. Jen previously worked as a Medical Receptionist in two busy public hospitals in Melbourne, where she honed her skills in delivering exceptional service in high-pressure environments.
