Jessie Hill

Jessie Hill is a Provisional Psychologist currently finalising her Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology at Monash University. With experience in both community and educational settings, she is passionate about supporting the mental health of adolescents, young adults, and their families. Jessie believes that nurturing mental wellbeing during these formative years is essential for lifelong resilience and success.
Drawing from evidence-based interventions, Jessie tailors her approach to address a variety of mental health issues, including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Challenging behaviours
- Social difficulties
- Stress in home, school, and workplace settings

By focusing on these areas, she empowers her clients with the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges effectively. Jessie is dedicated to fostering skill development and confidence through a collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
Utilising a client-centred approach, Jessie cultivates strong therapeutic relationships that create a safe and supportive environment. This empowers her clients to explore their true selves and overcome challenges. Her training includes robust Motivational Interviewing skills, enabling her to facilitate meaningful behaviour change while prioritising wellbeing and diversity.
Her therapeutic work incorporates a variety of approaches tailored to each unique situation, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Mindfulness
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Outside of her professional life, Jessie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, taking walks with her dog, Charlie, and immersing herself in a good book. Her holistic approach to psychology, combined with her genuine passion for helping others, makes her a compassionate and effective practitioner dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports.
